Question about Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock Mercury Edition

Is the Razer Mercury backwards compatible with TB 3? I have a Macbook Air M1 and only want 1 4K60HZ TV via USB-C to HDMI adapter, Ethernet, webcam, microphone and two external hard drives. I know that more monitors won't work.

The Razer Mercury is compatible with TB3. I'm not sure if the TB3 will work with a 4K60HZ TV at full resolution, but unless I'm making a mistake, the M1 MacBook Air should also have a TB4 port, and that should work.
