Simply put: together with a suitable tripod head, yes!
The tripod has a max. load of 7kg, so 7 Nikon D610s can be mounted on it. Overall, I would say that the tripod is rather oversized for this combination, there are lighter tripods, because the tripod head is added to the weight of just over 2kg. Don't know if that helps, don't quite understand the question.
P.S. I've been using this tripod with a heavier camera for about half a year and I'm very satisfied. It's a solid tripod with a lot of adjustment options and still easy to handle, because it's very well thought out.
