Is there a difference between the Sony Alpha ZV-E10L vs Sony Alpha ZV-E10. What does the L mean?

As you can see in the pictures, the L version comes with a lens. L = Lens. You cannot film without a lens. Of course you can also buy a better lens. The 16-50 is not much good.
