is this compatible with all laptops? I have an Aspire F5-572 with an Intel Core i5-6200U CPU 2.3GHZ , can I use this for my laptop?

yes for sure if a Sata port is available
I myself have exchanged it for a normal hard drive on a Lenovo tower.

Yes, if the notebook has a SATA connection (if there is a normal 2.5 inch hard disk in it, then this is the case), then the installation of a 2.5 inch SSD is possible without any problems.
