The connection (dock connector) is not suitable for the TP L13 Gen 3. For compatible docks see:

it was compatible, but unfortunately it didn't work. i then got my money back and went to a digitec shop, where i received excellent advice and the correct product.

After a quick check in the specs, I would also say it doesn't fit. It's probably so cheap because new Lenovo devices are no longer compatible with it. Suitable original docking stations from Lenovo are expensive - so I would probably opt for a universal docking station. They are already available for less than 50,- and in dozens of variants (e.g. digitus or terratec). Think about which connections you need first (i.e. HDMI, USB-C, audio/micro etc.) and choose accordingly. 
I think they're really good, but I'm a bit annoyed that my X13 stands about 2cm higher at the back than at the front after it's been snapped in. Docking is just not good for all requirements. Good luck though.
