Helpful answer

As the Forerunner 165 Music has Bluetooth and ANT+ (both transmission standards that this HRM supports), I assume that this should be possible. This heart rate monitor can also be connected to my Sigma Velocomputer and my Concept II Indoor Rower. One can use Bluetooth and the other ANT+. This does not depend on the manufacturer, as these wireless technologies are standardised.

Hi. I am using this device within Garmin system-Garmin Edge 1030 plus, if is he compatible with Forerunner i can’t say. I have another tracker watch.
