My wife has two Lenovo devices on which the pen works without any problems.
It also works on a Dell and, of course, on the Surface.
The advantage of this model is the usability on notebooks based on the Wacom protocol and the Surface.
If the latter is not needed, there are some alternatives.
The official pen from Lenovo is also perfectly fine.
