It is mentioned that the GoPro H7 is waterproof up to 10m. But it also says that it is rugged... is it shockproof? i.e. to how many meters?

Good evening, no idea. Given the price I really try to take care of it. And if I have to take it somewhere risky I use the waterproof case as a protective shell.
I'm sorry I can't help you more.
The only thing I can tell you is that it is of good quality and a few drops from 1 or 2 meters will certainly not damage it.
