My A6700 saves the last focal length of the SELP1650 (kit) when it is switched off. Is it possible to deactivate this so that the focal length is always 16mm when I switch it on?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide any detailed information on this. I advise you to ask Sony about this.
