My Logitech m310 mouse has broken. I also have a Logitech k540 keyboard. By buying a new Logitech m310 mouse, can I use the existing keyboard as usual?

This has nothing to do with the Surface dock. If you are using the Unify receiver for your Logitech mouse/keyboard, you can "programme" it yourself. Contact logitech support or use google for the necessary steps.
