1. Disconnect and then reconnect
2. Uninstall the application and reinstall it.

When pairing, you sometimes have to press the mobile button (square) on the radio. I had to do this a few times and pairing was only successful after pressing the button.

that's tricky. i've had the radio in my car for a long time and never have any problems. as soon as i get in i have the music from my mobile on the radio. as well as making phone calls and everything works perfectly. EVT reset the radio completely?
