I asked the manufacturer: 36 kg would be too much

"Should you have a "smooth/glossy" floor, such as tiles, the total supported weight of the WM-7471 is 25kg. Accordingly, you could only mount your TV.

If you place the stand on a "normal" floor, it supports 32kg and you could also mount the soundbar on the included soundbar brackets."

Answer

I would be careful, nothing will collapse, the core element looks solid, but the tipping tendency is then considerably greater.
