really stupid question: how do I turn the fans around? I tried to tip them out with a pocket knife, but it didn't work. Youtube didn't have anything good either. Help! :(

Why do you want to turn the fan?

I took a larger slotted screwdriver and "broke out" the glued fans with one or two short lever movements. (Cover the surface of the screwdriver with cardboard so as not to scratch the enclosure). Depending on the enclosure, this works better or worse, but usually without any problems.
