Suddenly the usb-c adapter for my smartphone no longer works. Does anyone know the problem? Can I solve it somehow without a warranty/manufacturer? Or do I need a new adapter?

You would have to request the spare parts directly from DJI.com.

Alternatively, you can buy the dji pocket 1 cheaply. These are compatible with the pocket 2 and vice versa. The controller would also be compatible with pocket 1.
