TCL Movetime family Watch MT40X Hi, I bought the watch approx. 2 months ago, and everything worked fine! Since. ca. 3 weeks I don't receive any message notifications from the watch on the iphone, I always have to close the app to see if the child has sent any messages, instead on android everything works correctly. I contacted TCL directly, unfriendly staff and they replied that it will take some time to solve the problem as they have to check the incompatibility of the divice with the app. TCL connect (although initially everything worked) ANYONE ELSE HAS PROBLEMS WITH IPHONE?????

I use an iPhone and it works great, no problems.

Maybe the watch can't be paired with two mobiles at the same time?

I don't use an iphone so I can't help you. At Swisscom they sell these watches with a subscription at 9frs per month if ever.
