The following idea: PC via hdmi to the Arcana from there 1x hdmi earc to the planned sonos arc. 1x hdmi to the benq 3100i projector, which is to be used for gaming / films as required. now the question. i only plan to use the projector from time to time and normally use my regular monitor. Does the projector have to be switched on for the Arcana to receive a signal for splitting? The goal would be that I can always use the Sonos arc, whether with the projector switched off and regular monitor or with the projector switched on and monitor switched off.

Hello,

I wouldn't recommend the box, which is buggy and frequently needs restarting. I had opted for the latter because the TV was arc and not earc for my sonos arc. In the end, I threw the box in the bin and replaced the TV.

No, the source signal comes from the PC and is split in the Arcana...
