The SSD cannot be initialised. Windows 10 "sees" the SSD. Idea?
It was the same for me. The SSD could then be found and formatted via Disk Management or similar. It said something like unassigned details are blurred but googling helps. The SSD is probably not defective but just not yet recognised correctly. The giga.de article on this was quite helpful (ssd is not recognised)
In consultation with Galxus, I am returning the SSD. The SSD is not defective. Apparently not every computer can recognise every SSD.
If Win10 shows it in the disk management, but I cannot initialise it to GPT or MBR, it is probably defective - send it back

Have you found the SSD in the copy manager?
Try formatting it there.
