I would like to confirm that there are no substances that are hazardous to health in the composition of the Rockster Cross material. You have absolutely nothing to worry about here. I know the smell and I know that it can cause questions at first. I have informed myself and can tell you that everything is completely harmless.

The smell will be less to non-existent after time.

Yes, I too have just received the appliance and I have to say it smells terrible. The whole flat smells of the appliance, so I had to put it out on the balcony. I hope the odour subsides.

Yep, that's exactly how it was for me. I also had the feeling that I had to consume a lot of softener involuntarily. I had to leave it in the aisle for a few days before I took it into my camper.

Unfortunately, I can only confirm that if this device was installed in a car, then you would have to buy a new car or you would never have bought this car!I'm ashamed to have given this device away as I hadn't expected such an unpleasant odour! I have several Teufel devices, but this smell hasn't diminished much after almost half a year.

I bought it almost 2 years ago and had no problems with it...bring it up directly with Teufel. It's probably a production problem.....
