Question about OnePlus Watch 3
There are two models of this watch on sale on this site. Does this mean that this model is LTE and therefore esim compatible? Is there any way of finding a handle so that I can still use the ECG?
The OnePlus 3 has no SIM option.
So both colours have no LTE.
I have not found a way to activate the ECG.
Not even with fake GPS.
But it has something similar in the 60 second body test.

to my knowledge the Watch 3 doesnt have LTE
