Question about DJI Avata

To be able to fly like a bird, who doesn't dream of it? It looks very cool but I didn't see anywhere Dji reminding that flying FPV is forbidden in Switzerland and elsewhere in Europe! On the contrary, the promo films often show the pilots wearing the goggles. The regulations in Europe and Switzerland stipulate that the pilot must always keep the drone in sight (to see possible obstacles or other flying objects). Not possible when wearing FPV goggles. The only legal way to play birds with these drones is to give the goggles to a "passenger" while the pilot is flying visually. A detail for some, but certainly not for insurance purposes. I'm surprised that Dji and the FPV drone vendors don't mention this.

Thank you for your comment. We talk about the Swiss regulations regarding the FPV port in several of our articles (here for example https://www.digitec.ch/fr...) but this is information that we could indeed add in the product description. We have forwarded this proposal to the responsible department.
