Ugh, fake delivery times again. Said to be shipped yesterday and now 06.05. Cancel your orders, it’s not gonna happen. Just buy it in Germany or UK and have it send over. This delivery time nonsense is really ruining trust in this company. LG swivel screens also never come. It is possibly illegal to do this, take the money and then postpone delivery again and again. Why does Galaxus/Digitec keep doing this? It’s embarrassing, unprofessional and damaging to the brand.

Unfortunately, unexpected delays are always possible and can occur at any time. We are highly dependant on our distributors and the delivery dates, they provide us. So we expect the products to be deliverred within the time frame we show on the website. If there are delays, we depend on getting that information asap so we can make an update.
