Question about One for All Solid WM5320

We bought this product for our projector "EH-TW6100". Unfortunately, the bracket does not fit on the projector or it is only possible to attach the bracket at three points. Does anyone have any experience or can help us?

I had the same problem with my Acer beamer. First I screwed one arm to the beamer and then the other two to the holder. Then everything together. Works perfectly for me 👍🏻.
