What about chromatic aberrations? Are these particularly increased with this lens?

The image quality is quite ok, even the chromatic aberrations. The autofocus, on the other hand, is really bad. Annoying, loud, slow. I sold this lens after using it twice. There are soooo many alternatives in the 50mm range... This one is just bad in comparison.

Hi,
Chromatic aberration cannot be avoided, but it can be reduced by adjusting the lens compensation on a compatible camera. You can find more information about lens compensation here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronic....
