I don't think there is much difference. However, I cannot imagine that there is a difference that justifies the extra price of the Blitz Wulf (I have never heard of this brand).
Xiaomi is a Chinese TOP brand with high quality items. The design is also top notch.

Unfortunately I can't say, I only know the Xiaomi Mi Selfie Stick Tripod.
