Question about Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key Plus Gen 2
What do I have to do to get the battery to start? When I disconnect the PoE plug, the part immediately goes bye-bye. Battery defective or software setting?
How old? Still under guarantee?
Probably a defective battery.
There are some where the battery is defective and it has bulged.
Open it up, take the battery out and operate it without (warranty gone!).
