what is the crop factor with this adapter? So if I put my 15mm wide angle on it, how much focal length is that? And will the autofocus be slower with the adapter?

Of course, the 15mm remains a 15mm. There is no cropfactor here. The adapter only serves to adapt EF lenses to RF.
