Manufacturer's no. (RZ01-03050100-R3G1) is with charging station. (currently 142.-)
Manufacturer's ref. (RZ01-03050200-R3G1) is mouse only. (currently 134.-)
Personally, I have the one with the charging station, and I would highly recommend it to you. The price difference is not great. Putting the mouse on the charging station is incredibly practical and I couldn't do without it.

I'm not sure either, as I only own this version. However, the one for currently 135Fr (also changes frequently) does not have a charging station on which the mouse can be placed for charging (when not in use), but this one does (is still practical, but does not always justify the price difference, which is very variable at Digitec). Not sure though, maybe someone else can confirm or deny this?
PS: Look at the model number, with that you can google further and find other offers on it with pictures etc. Maybe this will help.
