Significantly higher prices for devices with Swiss plugs/sockets are common. Custom-made products, less turnover, niche products. More effort in logistics. No competition from EU traders or large distributors.

We couldn't find any difference other than the EU-CH plug, so we now only buy the EU version and a CH cable with it for CHF 3.50 or something like that. The CH version will most likely be repackaged individually to justify the CHF 35 ;-)
