what is the max charge over the USB-C input (HDMI out)? i am looking for a KVM that supports 5120x1440@60Hz.

USB-C (DP alt mode) should achieve 5K@60 and 8K@30. Via HDMI (2.0) 4K@60 is possible and since 5120x1440 effectively has fewer pixels than 4K, 5120x1440@60 via HDMI should also be possible.
