What is the technical differences of this tripod with the Manfrotto Befree GT XPRO (Aluminium) ? I want to use the tripod for overhead shots into a desk. Which one has the best functionality? Thanks!.

Since you are using it to record your desk, I think the Befree GT XPRO would do a better job because it is adjustable on 4 axes instead of 3 (MT190XPRO4).
