What sizes in cm are available for XS-S and M-XXL? Digitec states the following: Size XS-S: 54-66 cm and size: M-XXL (approx. 65-90 cm) With size S I have a chest circumference of 91cm? So both do not fit me?

Yes, M-XXL will certainly fit, because: this belt can be adjusted between 65 cm and 90 cm, but is also elastic, i.e. it can be stretched to at least 100 cm or even more.
