What's wrong Digitec? The reason why we have been buying from you for years is that you could be relied on. NOW you're running a promotion with an item you don't even have in stock? Competitors have the Dji Mini 3 Pro in stock/at the shop and even cheaper. Your communication is also bad. As a customer, you don't get a message/update that you can't deliver. No, you have to check yourself. This crap with "ordered from supplier" or "in foreign stock" will motivate me to buy from another shop in the future. I especially don't understand how you can do a product promotion with 60 items without having even ONE in stock. Digitec Marketing needs to do some research here.

We are very sorry to hear that this bundle is no longer available. If the product has been ordered, our customers will always receive a notification as soon as the item is sold out and can no longer be delivered. What can also happen is that the item is no longer available for new orders, but existing deliveries are still being carried out. Unless our customers receive an effective cancellation email from us, the order is still open.
