When I connect my Surface Pro 7 to the Surface Dock 2, only 2 screens work (either the two external screens or one external screen and the Surface). When I connect it to the Surface Dock, all 3 screens work. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks for your feedback

Helpful answer
When docked, press the Windows+P key combination and then select 'Expand' from the menu on the right-hand side, then all monitors should be active, including Surface.

You may have to re-identify the screens. Right mouse button -> Display settings. Further down you will find "Multiple screens". Try defining another screen as the main screen, perhaps the missing one will then be recognised.
