I have the 360mm version on a 7950x and even that is barely enough. It manages 5.3 GHz in Cinebench and hangs at a constant 95° C thermal throttling.

The Silent Loop 2 is compatible with AM5 in all sizes (with a few exceptions, all AM4-compatible coolers are also compatible with AM5).
For the 7950x, be quiet! itself recommends using the 280mm or 360mm variant.
