Question about Thermaltake Smart RGB

Why is the power supply unit advertised as "silent technology"? It is by far the loudest component in my system, you can still hear the power supply in the next room. I'm now changing the fan with a Noctua fan.

I think some of them are defective. I have bought 3. 2 of them are barely audible but the 3 is loud. One tweeter is constantly audible!

...thanks for the info! That's always the case with cheap China firecracker power supplies that they are loud! Be careful not to get an electric shock when changing the fan! Danger to life! ;)
