It's a bit tighter with the ramsticks, so I would absolutely install them before mounting the radiator. It's important to know that the second fan, which is mounted outside the radiator fins, will stick out a little higher. It was not possible to mount it completely flush with the fins in my setup because the RAM was a little too big. But basically I had no problems mounting it, and the CPU cooling runs excellently.
