Will this lump fit together on an ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E motherboard and can it be installed together with Trident Z Neo 2 x 16GB (3600MhZ)? Or will the RAM fit under the cooler? I'm looking for a new, suitable update for my 5900X CPU upgrade...
I don't have exactly the same board, but a similar one: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero WI-FI. I have the same RAM, but 4 modules with 16GB each, so a total of 64GB. With this setup, the fan fits in well with a few mm of air. You can also put the fan a little higher, then there is a little more room to manoeuvre. With two modules, you could leave the backmost one empty, then you shouldn't have a problem in my opinion - unless the X570-E was built differently.
I have exactly this setup: ASUS ROG Strix X570-E gaming motherboard, with the G.Skill Trident Z Neo (2x16BG CL16). I can only say that it fits. The RAM modules have to be installed before you install the cooler (should be no problem). You also have to screw the cooler without fans, and then mount the fans at the end using the metal straps provided.
I deliberately chose the DRP4, and not the DR4, because the DR probably covers at least one RAM slot, so that you lose this slot completely. See also here:

i also have an asus rog strix x570-e and also the dark rock pro 4 cooler. i would like to fill the 4 banks with ram. i mean i read that the ram must not have more than 42mm height because otherwise there is a problem with the cooler.
I would also like to install a g skill ram, but I don't want to buy a ram that won't fit under the cooler.
does anyone have a system at home where all 4 banks are filled and with the same cooler?
