Would have to mount a camera at the main entrance of the EFH and one at the back in the basement/cellar.... Can it do that? There is a concrete ceiling in between.

I think 1 ceiling can do it easily. I have about 30m and 4 walls between mine. I think the cameras hook into the wifi. So if you have reception there, it should work.
