Cut strips from the plaster roll: small pieces for the chest area, medium-sized pieces for the upper and lower abdomen, and longer pieces for the middle abdomen. You can apply the included cream to your belly to prevent sticking later on. Dip the plaster strips in warm water. Now place the strips on the modeling area. Make about three to four layers, ensuring that the strips overlap for good adhesion and that there are no gaps. After about five to ten minutes, you can remove the resulting imprint from your belly and let it dry for another day. Once it is fully hardened, you can smooth it out with the included sandpaper.
