Do I still need an Isofix station or is this included?

Is it still possible to adjust the recline angle of the backrest if the child is already using the car seat belt or only with the three-point belt?

Can it be fitted without isofix, using the vehicle's seatbelt?

The seat comes with the Isofix holder as shown in the picture, correct?
