..i must say i found the gate pretty loud while opening and closing, but this could be because it was not mounted properly - we didnt actually manage to mount it (when it closed it would fall down the stairs, when it was fixed hard enough to the wall it wouldnt close)...so we returned it in the end..

The 14cm extension is sufficient for this: Safety 1st Extension 14cm Metal (For Quick Close+ & Easy Close Deco) Everything is described in detail on page 19 of the manual for this product.

In the manual (below the specifications of the articles) you will find all possible combinations of the extensions on page 19. The version with all 3 extensions is also possible. Unfortunately, we do not offer a protective grille with a width of 125 cm; at least one additional extension is required for all of them.
