Our baby accepted this milk bottle immediately. It should not be taken for granted.
She now drinks slower with a technique similar to breastfeeding and gurgles less afterwards.
It does say only suitable for breastmilk only. But we also use baby milk (Bimbosan 1 and Hipp Pre Combiotik) and had no problems with it. Simply follow the cleaning instructions.

Ideal for breastfeeding, as the flow is just like at the breast.
My daughter drank 100ml in 5-7 minutes, in comparison she drinks from the Avent bottle with teat no.3 in about 20 minutes.
As the flow was so great, she swallowed a lot of air and accordingly vomited a lot. Nothing really reminds me of the breast. I don't know what Medela has thought of here. The yellow colour?
We used this bottle 3 times and fed her again.

We also give our child bottles and the midwife recommended this bottle to us and it has worked really well so far, our child drinks from the bottle but also from the breast. So I can absolutely recommend it, only the cleaning is a bit tedious.

The first two times the child didn't like the bottle so much. But then it was really good. If possible, I would only let my partner give the bottle to counteract the sucking confusion. Breastfeeding still works perfectly. We only give the baby a bottle when mummy has to go out.

Our 1st daughter did not get confused with the breast thanks to these bottles. The flow is rather slow which is good for the baby's feeling of satiety.
In short, quite good

The milk does not flow until the baby builds up a vacuum, and for that to happen, it has to pull quite hard. Putting a plastic plug in the mouth of an otherwise breastfed hungry baby can be difficult... The baby must be able to build up the positive experience that the desired milk will come out of the plastic thing if you suck on it enough.

Our son has accepted the bottle well and had drunk well from it. Our daughter we can not yet make the teat palatable, because she does not like the rubber part (as well as a teat) in the mouth and she would have to suck but so that the milk comes out. So the nipple has pros and cons with its sucking sensation mimicry.

We have had very good experiences with the Medela milk bottle. The cleaning and disinfection of the bottle and accessories is easy. The only drawback is the high price.
