Wear the Silverettes between breastfeeding sessions. They help to prevent and heal cracks in the nipples. Cleaning: Clean twice daily with a thick mixture of water and baking soda, rinse, and then let dry. Application: Silverettes must be clean and dry before use. After breastfeeding, place a drop of breast milk on both Silverettes and apply them directly to the nipple. Remove the Silverettes before breastfeeding and clean the nipples.

Please note that the previous size XL has now been renamed to size M.
