Heat application: The pillow can be easily warmed in the oven or microwave within a few minutes as needed. It slowly and gently releases the temperature. Cold application: The pillow should be cooled in the freezer for about 20-60 minutes.

For frequent use, it is recommended to lightly sprinkle the pillow with water before heating. Cherry pit pillows are natural products with their own scent, which can enhance the positive effects of use. If you wish to wash your pillow, please ensure it is dried immediately and thoroughly.
