Good day I ordered this adapter for our model Salsa 4 and it does not fit. The opening of the adapter for putting it on is too narrow! Your specifications are therefore incorrect! Can you please tell me how to proceed? Thank you

We had these adapters on a Salsa 4 air.
Model year 2021. Here the adapters fit without any problems. Did they pay attention to the right sides L/R? Greetings
