The included unit is somewhat usable. The smartphone connection is unfortunately not at all, classic overpriced Philips junk. A stable connection is only possible with a stone-age 2.4GHz WLan. Under a "modern" WLAN (which offer 2.4 and 5GHz in parallel), there are constant connection interruptions and the whole thing has to be set up again. Therefore, unfortunately unusable or not worth the price.

We have been using the baby monitor for several months now and this has never happened before. 1-2 times it has disconnected briefly, but found it again straight away. We are very satisfied with the baby monitor.
