is there a setting so that the monitor stays on all the time? it switches to standby and only switches on when there is a noise

my monitor stays on all the time. i have to actively set it to standby if i want to. but it was already set that way from the start.

No, but the screen goes on immediately when something happens, the sensor is very sensitive...so you can deliberately set it that way. And the screen can be activated with any button if you want to watch ... I think the baby monitor is great, I've had it for over 5 metres now and wouldn't want to be without it. Hope I could help! ;)
