The cushion is about 13.5 cm high with all 3 foam inserts, but you can vary the height by using different combinations of inserts. One insert is without memory effect and does not cushion as much, the second is soft with memory effect and the third is also with memory effect but harder than the second.

PS: The pillow smells a bit strongly of "factory", but this fades within the first two weeks. Exposure to the sun helps to get rid of the smell faster.

It has 3 foam layers in the cushion that can be freely removed to adjust the height. A single layer is approx. 5 cm high.
