The stock law has developed exceptionally dynamically in recent years. Various reforms have led to changes in the Stock Corporation Act (AktG). Furthermore, federal courts have addressed numerous disputes related to stock law. The new edition takes into account the changes brought about by the COVMG as well as the practical implementation of the ARUG II and the DCGK. Additionally, the work addresses issues related to the conduct of general meetings during the Corona period, the innovations introduced by the StFG and the WStBG, regulations under the COVInsAG, and deficiencies in resolutions in virtual general meetings.
