However, the website with the highest informational content does not necessarily have to be the user's favorite: the success of a website with users largely depends on its user-friendly, personalized, and user-specific design, referred to in technical terms as usability. Regarding the usability of websites, the question of appropriate quality arises. For the provider, it is about meeting the standard currently expected by the target audience, while for the user of an internet presentation, the overall impression a website leaves plays a crucial role. This is especially true for public institutions, which primarily create a website to disseminate information as widely as possible: this is also the case for the websites of the student representation at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, which mainly serves to inform students about important processes on campus and in university life.
